Most recent, physical U.S. passport book with at least 6 months of remaining validity and two blank visa pages.

Applicants traveling on a non-U.S. passport must provide proof of U.S. residence: a valid Green Card, student visa or work visa accepted by the consulate.

Color photo taken within the last 6 months, white background, full face visible, neutral expression, meeting embassy specifications.

Your Saudi sponsor or host must issue an electronic invitation approved by Saudi authorities and addressed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, DC.

Downloadable visa application and declaration form, typed in all fields, printed and signed by the applicant.

On official company letterhead, addressed to the embassy, confirming your position, purpose of travel, and financial responsibility during the trip.

A copy of the host company's Saudi Arabia Commercial Registration filed with the Ministry of Commerce.

A completed travel-history form listing all international trips from the last 5 years, pulled from your passport stamps and travel records.
