    What we'll need

    Saudi Family Visit Visa requirements.

Invitation, apostilled proof of kinship and host residency proof. APVI reviews every document before embassy submission.

Most recent, physical passport book with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond your travel date and two blank visa pages.
Applicants traveling on a non-U.S. passport must provide proof of U.S. residence: a valid Green Card, student visa, or work visa accepted by the consulate.
Downloadable Saudi visa application and declaration form, typed in all fields, printed, and signed by the applicant.
Color photo taken within the last 6 months, white background, full face visible, meeting Saudi consular specifications.
Your Saudi host must provide an electronic invitation approved by Saudi authorities and made out to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, DC.
For Saudi citizens, provide a copy of the information page of the host's passport. For non-Saudi hosts, provide the Iqama copy.
Proof of your family relationship to your host must be apostilled. Spouses use the marriage certificate; children use the birth certificate.
If only one parent is traveling with a minor child, a signed and notarized consent letter from the non-traveling parent is required.
If you currently hold a valid Saudi visa of a different type, complete the sample cancellation letter provided by APVI.
Once all documents are uploaded, sign your APVI requirement checklist and upload it as the final item.
