    APVI-Exclusive Medical Coordination Add-On

Need the Saudi medical report? APVI can help coordinate it.

Residency visa applicants aged 13 and over need a completed Saudi medical report and the full lab panel. APVI coordinates the appointment, briefs the physician and reviews the finished forms before your file is submitted.

    APVI-Exclusive Add-On

Saudi medical reports are not just a routine doctor visit.

The embassy requires original wet-ink medical reports completed by a licensed U.S.-based physician — with no blank fields, proper physician signature, date, stamp and license number. Incomplete forms can delay or stop the visa process.

APVI removes the guesswork by helping coordinate the appointment and giving the physician the correct instructions before the visit.

    What APVI coordinates

    • Closest available U.S.-based physician, clinic or lab appointment
    • Instructions for the physician and the applicant
    • Required Saudi medical report form guidance
    • Lab-result checklist support, including the Mpox statement
    • Review for missing fields, signatures, stamps and license number
    • Apostille/attestation preparation support
    • Timing guidance so documents do not expire before submission

Appointment availability depends on applicant location, clinic schedules and lab processing times. APVI does not provide medical advice or determine medical eligibility. A licensed U.S.-based physician completes the report.

    Physician-completed report

Original wet-ink medical report completed by a licensed U.S.-based physician — signed, dated, stamped and filled out completely.

    Required lab panel

The full Saudi lab-result panel plus the physician-signed Mpox/Monkeypox statement.

    90-day validity window

Medical reports and lab results are valid for 3 months / 90 days from completion — timing matters.

    Apostille-ready review

APVI helps prepare the completed medical report for apostille/attestation once physician and lab requirements are finalized.

    Sponsor & kinship documents

Sponsor and kinship documents, reviewed before embassy submission.

Saudi Residency Visa applications depend on accurate sponsor documentation and properly authenticated proof of family relationship. APVI reviews these documents before submission so preventable errors do not delay the process.

    Approved sponsor invitation

The Saudi sponsor invitation must be approved and match the applicant's Residency Visa request.

    Apostilled proof of kinship

Proof of relationship, such as a marriage certificate or birth certificate where applicable, must be apostilled before submission.

    Sponsor passport copy

A clear copy of the sponsor's passport is required as part of the Residency Visa file.

    Sponsor Iqama copy

A copy of the sponsor's Saudi Iqama is required to confirm the sponsor's residence status in Saudi Arabia.

    Built for sponsor-based Saudi residency

Most recent, physical passport book with at least 6 months of remaining validity and two blank visa pages.
Applicants traveling on a non-U.S. passport must provide proof of U.S. residence: a valid Green Card, student visa or work visa accepted by the consulate.
Color photos taken within the last 6 months, white background, full face visible, meeting Saudi consular specifications.
Downloadable visa application and declaration form, typed in all fields, printed and signed by the applicant.
Your Saudi sponsor or host must issue an electronic invitation approved by Saudi authorities and addressed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, DC.
Proof of relationship to your host is required and must be apostilled. Spouses use the marriage certificate; children use the birth certificate.
A clear copy of your Saudi sponsor's passport is required as part of the residency file.
A copy of the sponsor's Saudi Iqama (residency permit) is required to confirm the sponsor's residence status in Saudi Arabia.
A police report issued within the last 3 months, with detailed information about the applicant's criminal record if any.
A recently issued FBI background check. Order yours from FBI.gov or an FBI-approved channeler.
Completed, signed and stamped medical report issued by a licensed U.S.-based physician, together with the required Saudi lab-result panel.
The Saudi Embassy requires a physician-signed Mpox testing statement. APVI provides the sample letter for your physician.
If you currently hold a valid Saudi visa of another type, complete the sample cancellation letter provided by APVI.
Children 12 and under must include a copy of their immunization records with the application.
Once all documents are uploaded, sign your APVI requirement checklist and upload it as the final item.
