      APVI will contact you

A passport specialist will call you within 60 minutes (during business hours) to verify your itinerary, confirm document accuracy, and answer any questions before submission.

    5. 5

      Visit a Passport Acceptance Agent

After your specialist review, you must appear in person before a Passport Acceptance Agent. Inform them you're using an expediting service to hand-carry your application to the government.

      The Acceptance Agent will:

      • Ask you to sign the DS-11 form in their presence
      • Add their official signature to the DS-11
      • Verify your government-issued ID
      • Seal your documents into an official envelope

      Important

Make sure the agent hands the sealed envelope back to you — do not let them mail it. The seal expires after four business days, so ship to APVI immediately.

On the outside of the envelope, write your full name, date of birth, and date of departure.

    6. 6

Ship your application to APVI via FedEx

Use the prepaid FedEx label included with your order to send your packet to our office. Once received, an APVI specialist hand-carries your application to the regional Passport Agency.

Your inbound FedEx shipping label will be available in your APVI account once your specialist confirms your documents are ready.

That's it — we take care of everything else from here.
