Proof of U.S. residence, where applicable
Applicants traveling on a non-U.S. passport must provide a valid Green Card, student visa, or work visa accepted by the consulate.
Travel and accommodation details
Your intended travel dates plus the hotel or host address in Saudi Arabia, where it is asked for.
