    What we'll need

    Saudi student visa requirements.

    Every item has to be complete and current before the embassy will accept the file. APVI reviews each one before submission.

    You must send in your most recent, physical passport book for your visa process. In most cases, the passport must have at least 6 months of remaining validity.
    Download and complete the visa application and declaration form. The visa application must be typed in all required fields and signed by the applicant.
    Your passport photos must be taken within the last 6 months. Any photos older than 6 months will not be accepted.
    You must provide your original birth certificate as part of your application.
    A reference note showing the number and the date of the student visa issued from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or its branches in Jeddah or Dammam.
    The medical report must be issued by a licensed U.S.-based physician certifying that the applicant is free of any contagious diseases. All 3 original reports must be completed in wet ink, with the physician's signature, date, stamp, and license number, and the required lab results attached.
    A police report issued within the last 3 months, including detailed information about the applicant's criminal record, if any.
    A copy of your original high school diploma is required along with an authenticated copy. Both the original and authenticated copies are required for your application.
    Applicants must provide proof of U.S. residence, such as a valid Green Card or student visa status document, as part of their visa application.
    If you currently hold a valid Saudi visa of a different type, you must download and complete the sample cancellation letter as part of your application.
    Your application requires a recently issued FBI Identity History Summary. Visit FBI.gov and request an Identity History Summary to obtain it.
    Once you have completed and uploaded all of your application documents, sign your checklist and upload it as the final item.
    Any applicant with a valid visa in an old passport must provide the old passport containing the visa along with their new valid passport.
